Rosie and i were on our walk to day, we were down by the lake, and this guy can out of the woods. he had a stick stuck in his paw, it was not though it after he came over and i looked it was just wrapped around his leg and he was dragging it along. he was clean and taking care of i could see, so i got him to take a cookie, i had him.lol 

i took him home and call the lost dogie place in town, they told me no one was looking for a collie. so i told them i would keep him here till someone came or for a could days, or as long as Rosie would let him stay. lol  they know us so they said that if anyone came in the would send them over.

Rosie was so nice, she let him eat and even drink some water, but he could not lay in her bed. enough is enough, no bed. this was around 1:30pm. his leg was fine, there was no cuts, he just got stuck with the limb.  around 7pm a car drove up a woman and a kid got out, the dog jumped to the back of the couch and was crying. the little girl was up to the window call him, jack jack he was beside himself. when i opened the door the woman had tears in her eyes, the dog went right out the door and to the girl. 

the woman(they are from Ohio) told me the girl was outside with him on a leash and he saw a deer and she couldn't hold him, she thought he was dead, this little dog came 3 1/2 miles to get to us. 

so it was a good day for a dogie, Rosie was good with him going, after she checked all the rooms, she came to me sat and for gave me.lol but i still had to take her for a 2nd walk, she just had to make sure he was gone. lol
